Thank you for using our apps! We are dedicated to producing innovative products that add value to your life, and these terms of service apply to all Microcis products. Please read them carefully before using any of our apps.

By using our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our apps. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization and confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.

Subscriptions

• Subscribed user has unlimited access to send as many chats (messages) as they want.
• Unsubscribed users can only use those services with a limited quota per day.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

We prohibit users from probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any Microcis system or network or attempting to breach any security or authentication measures. Additionally, accessing non-public areas of our computer systems or those of our providers, deciphering our software, or interfering with user, host, or network access is strictly prohibited. You cannot access Microcis or download intellectual property from our site using anything other than our publicly supported interfaces. We also prohibit the planting or distribution of malware, sending of unsolicited communications or spam, posting of fraudulent or misleading content, and violation of any applicable law or regulation.

While we are not obligated to monitor content or intellectual property, we reserve the right to do so to ensure compliance with our terms or legal requirements. We may remove or disable access to any content at any time, including if it violates our terms or is objectionable to us. We have the right to investigate violations of these terms and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute violators.

Copyright

We respect copyright law and expect users to do the same. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of those who repeatedly infringe on the rights of copyright holders.
